I would say these are absolutely essential for all plant based diets because of the great source plant based protein. But, of course beans can be included into diet. In general beans also contain B vitamins, Vitamin K, zinc, manganese, selenium and antioxidants. This includes these Ceres Organics Butter Beans. Add these to your soups and stews.
