Support Your Digestive Health

Psyllium Husk is high in fibre that is often used to keep bowel motions regular. It soaks up water in the digestive tract which creates bulk in the stool, making it easier to pass. Psyllium Husk are an amazing food to add into the diet if you are in need of more fibre. However, it is important to note that if you add these into your diet, even 1 tsp daily. Then you must increase your daily water intake otherwise you may make consitpation worst.

Keep your digestion regular

Psyllium Husk is a great form of dietary fibre and can be incredibly helpful in promoting regular bowel movements. It is a bulk-forming laxative, adding bulk to your stool by soaking up water. Due to the amount of liquid it does absorb, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water when incorporating psyllium husk into your diet.

Along with its benefits to regularity, psyllium is also a prebiotic, which is the food for healthy gut bacteria to feed on. Due to its benefits towards gut health, it can also support overall wellbeing, immunity and mood, as the gut plays a role in all of these functions and more.
