Yes Would you recommend this product to your clients as a part of a balanced diet? Yes In your professional opinion, how often would you classify this product as healthy enough to eat A few times a week Rated 4 out of 5 Good for sleep When purchasing dried fruit, something you want to look for is that it's just that specified fruit and none of the added sugar and preservatives. These Tart Cherries from Dr Superfoods use a small amount of apple juice concentrate as the sweetener. They do have sunflower oil which is normally best to limit, however it makes up less than 1% of the product, which makes it okay in this case.Tart cherries are associated with their benefits towards sleep because of their ability to support melatonin production. They're also packed full of antioxidants and a good source of vitamin A and C.Dried fruit is something that we should enjoy in moderation. Don't eat more in one sitting than you would if you were eating the whole fruit itself. 2 serves of fruit per day is the recommendation and it's important not to factor dried fruit into this too.
