Mingle discovered there was also a big problem in sauces with sugar. This is the big nasty ingredient that a lot of big companies aren't tackling. The typical Tomato Sauce has 25g of sugar per 100g, whilst a bottle of coke has 11g of sugar- Say what? That's double the amount of a Coca-Cola bottle. This baffled them! Mingle's Sauce range has only 1 gram of sugar per serve. Mingle was born one Sunday afternoon in 2016 when the curious founder began investigating what was really in her kitchen cupboards. Discovering that regular seasonings were full of numbered ingredients and unknown nasties, she set out to create clean, natural seasoning that uses only real ingredients without substituting quality or flavour.
