Using clean dry hands, apply a small amount to face or body. For the face they recommend no more than a pea size amount as a little goes a long way! Best for night time use. Follow with their hydration mist for best results- this allows the larger fat molecules to transport deeper into the skin for ultra hydration and nourishment. Note: If you have skin sensitivities, it's always best to do a patch test on a small area of skin. They always recommend you use a 50+ SPF if you plan to spend the day in the sun.
