Yes In your professional opinion, how often would you classify this product as healthy enough to eat Every day Rated 5 out of 5 Wind down with a cup of tulsi Tulsi is also known as Holy Basil, or the 'queen of herbs'. It has been used for its incredible benefits for hundreds of years in Ayurvedic Medicine (a traditional Indian modality). It has adaptogenic properties, which support our nervous system and help the body adapt to stress. As a result of this, it can also support our sleep quality and allow us to get more of the benefits from a restful nights sleep. It also contains a number of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A and C, calcium, zinc and iron. This tulsi original tea has quite a nice flavour and is one that I often enjoy - I highly recommend it to anyone looking to expand their tea collection. Loading...
