Place the tea bag in a cup or teapot. Use one tea bag per person. Add fresh boiling water and allow to rise for 4 to 5 minutes.  Cautions: Please note that Raspberry Leaf should be avoided in the first trimester of pregnancy. Drink a maximum of three cups per day in the third trimester. Please consult your healthcare professional before drinking this tea.
