Founded by Clive Carroll, Solomons Gold crafts organic, single-origin chocolate using wild cacao from the Solomon Islands. Working with local grower communities through C-Corp, the brand supports sustainable farming and livelihoods. Handcrafted in Mount Maunganui, its chocolate is made with organic ingredients and free from dairy, gluten, soy, nuts and refined sugar.
