Yes In your professional opinion, how often would you classify this product as healthy enough to eat A few times a week Rated 4 out of 5 Natural Sweetener The great thing about stevia is that it is a natural sweetener that doesn't cause a spike in blood sugar levels. This can be particularly beneficial for people with type 2 diabetes, or those at risk of developing it. Stevia can also be really useful for anyone who is trying to cut down on their sugar consumption.While stevia has its benefits, the jury is still out on the final verdict. It seems to be safe in moderation and from a nutrition perspective it's certainly better than loading up on refined sugars. It has a host of health benefits including helping with weight loss as often sugar is being cut out and replaced with stevia. It also helps to lower blood sugar levels and so much more. Many varieties on the market are highly refined and combined with other sweeteners however, the Nirvana Organics Stevia is one of the best and cleanest on the market.
