Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 scoops collagen powder
- ⅔ cup milk of choice
- 2 eggs
- ½ tbsp baking powder
- 1½ bananas, mashed
- ½ cup blueberries
- Greek yogurt, to serve
- Almond butter, to serve
Method
- Mash the banana
In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. - Add wet ingredients
