What food can you not live without? Wild Salmon
Favourite food joint? Bondi Wholefoods for a hearty breakfast or Sprout Wholefood Café.
Your go-to breakfast? I like to keep it simple in the morning.I switch it up between eggs, avo, spinach on gluten free toast and gluten free oats (yes they do exist!) with choc protein powder, maca and cinnamon!
First thing you do when you wake in the morning? A glass of warm water with lemon and a mug of bone broth followed by a quick entry in my five minute journal.

It's date night. Your perfect restaurant would be? Somewhere a lil fancy to feel special. I can't go past Asian cuisine. Ms.G’s has been a regular for celebrations.
You have a free plane ticket to anywhere in the world. You must be guided by your stomach. Where would you go and why? Vietnam. Love a good rice paper roll and fresh food markets.
The word Wholefood to you means.... Nourishing your body with pure and natural foods that have not been tampered with and contain no additives.
Your favourite food memory is of... Family Friday night dinners with a big roast, lots of salads, grilled veggies and soup to start. We have done this every week with our extended family and I still drive an hour home each Friday for these special evenings.
