Beetroot dip
- 3 beetroots (350g)
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp tahini
- ½ tsp sea salt

- 1 can chick peas
- 1 avocado
- 3 tbsp tahini
- Juice of two fresh limes
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- Salt
- ½ bunch coriander leaves

- 1 cup yoghurt
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
