We asked whole foodie and Instagram sensation Leah Itsines to share with us her quick and simple power smoothie recipe, perfect for an on-the-go breakfast or post work-out snack.
Ingredients:
2 scoops Vanilla Happy Way protein (use Pea protein to make vegan)
1/2 cup flaked oats
1 cup frozen berries (I used strawberries!)
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup of almond milk (or milk or your choice)
Method:
- Combine all ingredients to a blender (I used a nutribullet) and blend until your desired consistency
