Pre Workout Energy Bars

These energy bars are the perfect snack to grab while you're getting ready for a workout. The almonds and tahini will fill you up, while the oats, honey and Naked Harvest Supplements Pre Workout Powder will give you the carbs and energy boost that will sustain you while you sweat. Just 5 ingredients, no baking involved and they’ll keep in the freezer for months (that is, if you can resist them for that long).

Ingredients:

1 ⅓ cup oats

⅓ cup almonds

⅔ cup tahini or almond butter

⅓cup honey or maple syrup

1 sachet Naked Harvest Supplements Pre Workout Powder

2 tablespoons goji berries

Method

  1. Combine oats and almonds into a food processor and pulse to form a crumble.
  2. Add the pre-workout powder, almond butter, honey and goji berries and blend to form a dough.
  3. Press into a lined baking tray and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Slice and enjoy!
