Pure Delish's Cranberry & Almond Grain-ola is the ultimate crunch to add to your fav brekkie recipes. It's filled with nuts, seeds, natural sugars, and one of natures superfoods, quinoa. There's so much nutrition in one bag, plus it's gluten-free for anyone who has intolerances or sensitivity.
Ingredients
Serves 4
2 red apples, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
2 cups mixed frozen berries
1.5 cups vanilla greek yoghurt

Method
Place the apples in a saucepan over a low heat, add 2 tablespoons of water, the caster sugar and vanilla bean paste and gently stew until tender, stir regularly. Add the berries and cook for a further 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool and thicken.
Place a few spoonfuls of Pure Delish Cranberry & Almond Grain-ola in the base of each glass. Top with yoghurt and stewed fruit. Repeat 2 more times to create nice layers.
