Chocolate Protein Pizza

This incredible pizza recipe from The Fit Foodie is delicious and nourishing. Perfect to share with friends… Roll me with your homies!


  • 1 packet Chocolate + Chia Protein Ball Mix
  • 3 tablespoons each of coconut oil, rice malt syrup + water
  • 1 large strawberry
  • 1 fresh fig
  • 1 tbsp pistachios
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • mint leaves + bee pollen (optional garnish)


Make up the protein ball mix according to packet instructions with the coconut oil, rice malt syrup and water.
Roll mix into 1 large ball and press into a 'pizza' base
Cut fig and strawberry into thin slices and arrange over base.
Top with pistachios and coconut flakes, then garnish and serve.
