Forest Berry Oat Bowls

Nothing beats a big bowl of warm and nourishing oats. There’s just no better way to kick off your morning than with these healthy high fibre, energy packed whole wholegrains. Cooked until creamy then topped with protein rich yoghurt, Tasti forest berry bars. Quick, filing, nourishing and delicious!

Ingredients: Serves 2

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Top with

  • 1/2 cup greek or coconut yoghurt
  • 1 chopped Tasti Forest Berry Bar
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 4 sliced strawberries
  • Handful blueberries
  • Shredded coconut, to sprinkle

Method

  1. Combine oats with water, milk and vanilla into a small pot.
  2. Cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat or until your oats are thick and creamy, adding more milk if necessary.
  3. Pour into two serving bowls and top with yoghurt, banana, berries, coconut and a chopped Tasti forest berry bar. Enjoy!
