Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookie Dough Protein Balls

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup almond meal
- heaped ¼ cup cacao butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon mesquite powder
- 1 tablespoon macca powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 pinches sea salt
- 1 bar Well Naturally dark chocolate, finely grated
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl or a blender until well combine.
