Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookie Dough Protein Balls


  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • heaped ¼ cup cacao butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon mesquite powder
  • 1 tablespoon macca powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 pinches sea salt
  • 1 bar Well Naturally dark chocolate, finely grated
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter


Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl or a blender until well combine.
Roll into balls and then place in the fridge to set.
