Ooooh who remembers pudding growing up? This recipe will take you back to those days. It's a perfect snack not only for yourself but for your little ones as well!
Ingredients: Serves 4
2 ripe bananas
3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
2 tablespoons Flaxseed
1/2 cup coconut milk
¼ cup yoghurt, plus extra to serve (coconut yoghurt for dairy free)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 packet Nourish Foods Whole Kids Organic Cookies Vanilla Milk, crushed
Sliced banana
Method:
- In a blender combine the bananas, chia seeds, flaxseeds, milk, yoghurt and vanilla, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into 4 bowls and top with crumbled cookies, sliced banna and a dollop of yoghurt.
