Hemp Seed Crackers
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup sesame seeds
30g packet Mt Elephant hemp seeds (found in your May Box!)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp herbs + spices of choice
3/4 cup water
Preheat the oven to 160C (fan forced) and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Pour in the water and stir together for a minute, until the seeds start to gel together.
Scoop the mixture onto the lined baking tray. Using a spatula or back of a spoon smooth the mixture out so it is no more than 5mm thick. (Make sure it is even and thin to ensure crunchy crackers)
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until fully dried.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely, then break into crackers.
