If you're a peanut butter lover, don't sleep on these refined sugar-free peanut butter cups! You only need three ingredients and they are super easy to make with just four steps.
Ingredients: Makes 12 mini cups
150g dark chocolate, chopped
⅓ cup Mayver's Crunchy Peanut Butter
Sea salt or cacao nibs to top
Method
- Melt half the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals.
- Line a mini muffin tin with 12 mini paper liners and pour ½ - 1 tbsp melted chocolate in each one. Freeze for 10 mins to harden.
- Add 1 tsp of peanut butter into the centre then top with 1 tbsp melted chocolate.
- Return to the freezer for 10 minutes then enjoy!
