Protein Packed Coconut, Blueberry & Quinoa Bircher
The food geniuses at Bondi Harvest have created this healthified version of the classic bircher muesli, and we're lovin' every ingredient. Have a go at making this at your next brunch event, it'll be a total hit!
- 1 tbs Blackmores Wild Blueberry Blend + Nature Boost Vitamin C
- 1 tbs Blackmores Coconut Water + Nature Boost Magnesium
- 1 cup quinoa porridge
- 260g (1 cup) natural yoghurt
- 1 lemon rind
- 2 tbs shredded coconut
- 1 bunch lemon thyme
- 1 tbs goji berries
How to make
To serve, combine Blackmores Wild Blueberry Blend + Nature Boost Vitamin C and Blackmores Coconut Water + Nature Boost Magnesium with the quinoa porridge base, natural yoghurt, lemon rind, shredded coconut, lemon thyme and goji berries.
