Vanilla Chai Porridge Recipe

If you are struggling to find the perfect, delicious wintery breakfast, well struggle no more! This vanilla chai porridge will definitely warm you up on these cool winter mornings, topped with caramelised banana, you are going to love this dish.  


  • ¾ cup rolled oats

  • 1 bottle Vitasoy Whole Soy Milk Vanilla Chai

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 2 tsp tahini

  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

  • Handful crushed walnuts


  1. Combine oats, Vitasoy Whole Soy Milk Vanilla Chai and cinnamon in a pot over a low heat and cook for 6 minutes until thick and creamy.

  2. Heat coconut oil in a non-stick and fry banana on each side until golden.

  3. Pour porridge into bowls and top with bananas, tahini, yogurt and walnuts.
