Kirsty is an accredited practicing dietitian who has a passion for helping women break free from diet culture and heal their relationship with food.
Kirsty has a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Doctorate in Behavioural Science. She provides tailored evidence-based advice to help women become the happiest and healthiest version of themselves. Kirsty works with women who are tired of yo-yo dieting and seeking support to develop a healthy relationship with food. Kirsty offers online 1:1 coaching and group coaching, Kirsty supports clients to transform their mindset around body image, nutrition and self-care and build sustainable health promoting behaviours – to ultimately reach their goals. Kirsty is a lover of red wine and good food – and believes that when it comes to nutrition – ALL FOODS FIT! Kirsty has over 20 peer-reviewed journal publications, presented at 4 International and 3 National conferences, written local newspapers articles and been a guest on numerous health and wellness podcasts.
