Hannah is an accredited Nutritionist that after working with families and children for 10 years grew increasingly concerned about ever-growing bad relationships and attitudes towards food and its impact on overall health and wellness.
This sparked her deep interest and passion to learn more and she studied a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine. She has an insatiable desire to learn how the intricacies of the human body interlink with diet and lifestyle choices and how that impacts our overall well being. She is particularly interested in using food as the foundation of well being and creating new recipes with a twist, incorporating wholesome, nourishing and alternative ingredients to inspire a more natural approach to cooking. But it doesn't stop there, she has realised that a true holistic approach incorporates daily practices such as exercise, yoga and mediation, heals the mind and body, bringing balance to your life. With a diploma in early childhood education and Nutritional counselling, and a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine she is eager to support and help people on their continual health journey.
