Coming from a background in Real Estate and years of running her own business, Sarah understands the importance and difficulty in achieving the right work-life balance and how much diet and lifestyle can play a part in how you feel. Sarah works closely with individuals to improve their knowledge, energy, overall wellness and quality of life. Clinical Nutrition aims to maintain a healthy energy balance, while providing sufficient amounts of nutrients for clients to function optimally and thrive in their every-day life. By combining evidence-based research and biomedical science with tailored nutritional medicine programs, retreats and events, mindfulness and Yoga, Sarah assists individuals in learning to make food and lifestyle choices that support their goals and overall wellness. Once stuck in the common mindset of restricting and punishing herself when it came to diet and exercise, she now assists clients in working towards a healthy relationship with a wholefoods diet as a way of nourishing and fuelling the body to thrive. With a focus on gut health and inflammation, as well as mood, sleep and food behaviour, Sarah is available for Clinical Nutrition private consultations in Brisbane in person or online.
