Apply 2-3 pumps into the palm of your hand and massage into your lower back, behind your knees and tops of your feet 20 minutes before bedtime. You can also apply 2-3 pumps to your upper body, chest and arms anytime during the day to assist in mind relaxation. Cautions: If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
