Healthy soup to have on hand

I wouldn't expect to see a healthy soup that comes in a can but am pleasantly surprised at the looks of this Tuscan Bean Soup from Ceres Organics! Made up of real food ingredients and free from preservatives and additives that you'd expect in canned goods, this soup would be great to have on hand when you're in need for something really quick. Containing a number of different beans, this soup would be quite filling and satisfying. You could have it as is, or use it as a base for another recipe. Ceres utilise organic ingredients, bringing us the highest quality products and superior nutritional properties.
