Serving Size For General Wellness 1 - 3 teaspoons a day. PMS Take 1- 3 teaspoons throughout the day, starting on the 18th day after the start of your last period. More can be taken during extreme symptoms. Discontinue once your period begins unless you are having extreme menstrual problems. Menstrual Irregularity 1-3 teaspoons daily for 1-2 months. Menstrual Problems During Period 1-3 teaspoons or more daily as needed Infertility 1 teaspoon daily for 1 month. Next month, 2 teaspoons daily. Next month, 3 teaspoons daily. Next month increase again by 1 teaspoon a day. Discontinue once pregnant. As with most situations, but especially with hormonal problems and infertility, you must do all of our detox program starting with the bowel detox program. Menopause Start with 1 teaspoon and increase to 3 or 4 if needed. If night time sweats are in issue, take at night.
