They take the finest, organic whole grains and apply a technique often referred to as gun-puffing.The whole grain is heated in a pressure vessel and when the pressure vessel opens, the sudden drop in pressure causes the grain to puff. The puffed grain is then screened to remove any broken or unpuffed grains and then packaged.
