Holly is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, who has experience in a variety of clinical areas.
Currently she is working as a clinical dietitian in a subacute rehabilitation and surgical hospital located in the Perth metropolitan area. Holly works with patients with various medical conditions including but not limited to; chronic disease, malnutrition, weight management and Irritable Bowel Disease/Syndrome. Holly has a special interest in gut health, specifically irritable bowel syndrome, as well as nutrition in pre-pregnancy/pregnancy and PCOS, which she hopes to further develop her knowledge in the near future. Holly's goal is to assist and support individuals to live their happiest, healthiest life. This includes working with the individual to create personalised and practical goals that are suited to your lifestyle. She takes a holistic approach, providing individualised care that is supported and backed by evidence. She focuses on achieving balance, whilst ensuring goals are realistic and achievable. Holly uses social media as a way to provide individuals with nutrition information and simple tips to live a healthy, active life. She also shares her love for nutritious food by preparing and cooking healthy meals that are affordable and simple to make.
