10 Minute Breakfast Oats

Let's be real...Our mornings are crazy enough, so the fewer decisions we have to make, the better! To save ourselves time (and stress) in the morning, we like whipping up quick and easy oats. They're hearty and delicious, and keep us feeling full until our next meal. The best bit? It only takes a few minutes to assemble the ingredients. Here's our fave recipe!


  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • To top: Fresh fruit, yoghurt, peanut butter,bee pollenand 1 xBlue Dinosaur Espresso Bites bar


  1. Combine oats, flaxseed, cinnamon, vanilla and milk into a small pot.
  2. Cook for about 6-10 minutes over medium heat or until your porridge is creamy, hot and thick, adding more milk or water if necessary.
  3. Pour into a serving bowl and top with fruit, yoghurt, peanut butter, bee pollen and a Blue Dinosaur Espresso Bites bar
