Ingredients
- 1 packet Chocolate + Chia Protein Ball Mix
- 3 tablespoons each of coconut oil, rice malt syrup + water
- 1 large strawberry
- 1 fresh fig
- 1 tbsp pistachios
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- mint leaves + bee pollen (optional garnish)
Method
- Make up the protein ball mix according to packet instructions with the coconut oil, rice malt syrup and water.
- Roll mix into 1 large ball and press into a 'pizza' base
- Cut fig and strawberry into thin slices and arrange over base.
- Top with pistachios and coconut flakes, then garnish and serve.
