Ingredients Makes 12
1 cup gluten-free flour
1 pack Think Foods Munch
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup vegan white chocolate, chopped
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cold water
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
2. Start by chopping the Think Foods Munch clusters into small pieces.
3. In a large bowl combine the flour, Munch clusters, white chocolate and baking soda.
4. Add the coconut oil, maple syrup, water and mix together. Use your hands to form the cookie dough.
5. Form the dough into 12 balls and slightly flatten with hands (don’t completely flatten as they will spread when baking).
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden and enjoy!
