Spicy Prawn Sushi Bowls are a healthy and easy way to have sushi at home. This delicious dish is made with tons of veggies, brown rice, prawns, and a homemade spicy mayo.
Ingredients:
- 1 Pack Tilda. brown rice
- 1 tsp Carwari rice vinegar (for sauce)
- 1 tsp Ceres Organics soy sauce (for sauce)
- 400 grams cooked prawns (or tofu for a veggie option)
- 3 tbsp Celebrate Health mayonnaise (for sauce)
- 2 tsp Ceres Organics Sriracha (adjust to taste, for sauce)
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1 cup shelled edamame
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 pack Ceres Organics Chilli Seaweed
Method:
1. Mix the rice vinegar and soy sauce into the brown rice.
2. Make the spicy prawn sauce by combining the mayonnaise, Sriracha, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Taste and adjust heat level with more Sriracha. Toss with the prawn.
3. Assemble bowls with rice, spicy prawn, and veggies. Top with sesame seeds and seaweed.
