Apple Apricot and Cacao Cakes
Ever substituted butter for Apple Puree in a dessert recipe before? It makes the texture super duper soft and moist, particularly in muffins and cakes! Here's how you can use it in a gluten, dairy and refined sugar free dessert:
Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 pots apple and apricot purée
- 1 Tblsp cacao
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tblsp coconut oil
- Pinch cinnamon and vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
Method:
Combine everything into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly!

Divide between 2 ramekins and sprinkle with coconut sugar

Bake for 15-20 mins at 180 degrees
