Ever substituted butter for Apple Puree in a dessert recipe before? It makes the texture super duper soft and moist, particularly in muffins and cakes! Here's how you can use it in a gluten, dairy and refined sugar free dessert:

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 pots apple and apricot purée
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Pinch cinnamon and vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Method:

  1. Combine everything into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly!
  2. Divide between 2 ramekins and sprinkle with coconut sugar.
  3. Bake for 15-20 mins at 180 degrees.
