What food can you not live without? Banana’s! They are a staple in our house.

Favourite food joint? Oh that’s so hard! It’s a tie between Urban Projuice (Albert Park) and Bondi Wholefoods

Your go-to breakfast? Go-to breaky is my favourite green smoothie bowl - frozen banana, spinach, kale, silverbeet, LSA, matcha and a high-quality protein.

First thing you do when you wake in the morning? Drink a giant glass of water with apple cider vinegar then I’m usually out the door to move my body!

Fill in the blank. I put ________ on all my food. LEMON!

Its date night. Your perfect restaurant would be? Longrain or ChinChin I love modern Asian flavours!

You have a free plane ticket to anywhere in the world. You must be guided by your stomach. Where would you go and why? LA…I love the whole health food scene there

The word Wholefood to you means.... Food in its natural form, the way it should be

Your favourite food memory is of... Probably Christmas day with all my family – we do lots of fresh seafood amazing salads!

Three health goals for this year? 1) Start meditating daily 2) More sleep 3) Trying to incorporate yoga once a week into my schedule

Sweet or Savoury? I’d have to say sweet – love a good raw treat! I’m addicted to my gorgeous friend Emilia Protein balls (@health.ethusiast.co) She’s a Nutritionist so I can trust they are healthy ;)

You are known for your _________ recipe. Vietnamese salad. It’s all about the sauce.
