What food can you not live without? Banana’s! They are a staple in our house.

Favourite food joint? Oh that’s so hard! It’s a tie between Urban Projuice (Albert Park) and Bondi Wholefoods

Your go-to breakfast? Go-to breaky is my favourite green smoothie bowl - frozen banana, spinach, kale, silverbeet, LSA, matcha and a high-quality protein.

First thing you do when you wake in the morning? Drink a giant glass of water with apple cider vinegar then I’m usually out the door to move my body!

Three health goals for this year? 1) Start meditating daily 2) More sleep 3) Trying to incorporate yoga once a week into my schedule

Sweet or Savoury? I’d have to say sweet – love a good raw treat! I’m addicted to my gorgeous friend Emilia Protein balls ( She’s a Nutritionist so I can trust they are healthy ;)
