Has anyone tried or even heard of cauliflower flour?? Well, this recipe uses it and they are ridiculously delicious. These flatbreads are perfect for platter season or just as a fun snack. Tip: change up the herbs and seeds each time you make them!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups PomPom Paddock Cauliflower Flour Mix
- 1 tbsp dried oregano leaves
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ cup water, plus more if needed
- ¼ cup olive oil
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- In a large bowl combine all of the dry ingredients together.
- Add the water and olive oil.
- Mix together with hands to form a dough.
- Turn onto a tray lined with baking paper and flatten into a large oval about 1-2mm thick.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Turn the dough over and bake for a further 5-10 minutes.
- Cool then break into pieces.
