Has anyone tried or even heard of cauliflower flour?? Well, this recipe uses it and they are ridiculously delicious. These flatbreads are perfect for platter season or just as a fun snack. Tip: change up the herbs and seeds each time you make them!\n \nIngredients\n\n\n1 ½ cups PomPom Paddock Cauliflower Flour Mix\n\n\n1 tbsp dried oregano leaves\n\n\n1 tsp garlic powder\n\n\n1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds\n\n\n¼ tsp sea salt\n\n\n½ cup water, plus more if needed\n\n\n¼ cup olive oil\n\n\n \nMethod:\n\n\nPreheat oven to 180°C\n\n\nIn a large bowl combine all of the dry ingredients together.\n\n\nAdd the water and olive oil.\n\n\nMix together with hands to form a dough.\n\n\nTurn onto a tray lined with baking paper and flatten into a large oval about 1-2mm thick.\n\n\nBake for 10 minutes.
