It's no secret we love a good acai bowl so we asked Leah Itsines to create a simply recipe that you can prepare in minutes that will give you a boost of antioxidants and rejuvenate and refresh.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1/4 mango, diced
- 1/3 cup of coconut water
- 2 teaspoons Nutra Organics Acai Berry Blend
- 2 heaped tablespoons of natural or coconut yogurt
Optional Toppings:
- Nuts
- Seeds
- Coconut
- Berries
- Passionfruit
- Cacao nibs
- Goji berries
Method:
- Place all acai bowl ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Poor into a bowl and top with desired toppings.
- Enjoy!
