You may recognise Zoe from the hit TV show “Good Chef Bad Chef” where Zoe Bingley-Pullin cooks up a storm alongside Adrian Richardson. We wanted to get some ‘Good Chef’ pointers and decided to find out what this nutritionist, internationally trained chef, author of Eat Taste Nourish, IsoWhey® ambassador and adding to the list, new mum, eats on an average day!

PRE BREAKFAST

I like to start the day by taking two probiotic supplements with lemon water followed by a cold pressed juice which on this occasion included orange, carrot, kale, and ginger.

BREAKFAST

Today I ate leftover quinoa mixed with scrambled eggs and tomato although I would normally have porridge with fruit or toast with avocado and eggs.

I then had my coffee hit of a full fat latte.

MID MORNING SNACK

For my mid-morning snack I had natural yoghurt with IsoWhey Banana Smoothie protein powder for added protein, fresh banana and chia seeds. If I felt like something dairy-free, I would opt for a banana and a handful of macadamia nuts.

LUNCH

Sandwich with chicken, avocado and salad on sourdough.
Peppermint tea.

AFTERNOON TEA

Hummus and carrots, crackers.

DINNER

I cooked up spicy chicken thighs (fried), homemade coleslaw with an avocado dressing and green beans.

DESSERT

4 squares of dark chocolate.

I always try to have lots and lots of water. Hydration is the key for everyone but especially as I’m breastfeeding now, it is especially important. On average I will drink alcohol approximately three times per week and mainly red wine as it contains antioxidants. I am also a big fan of taking a probiotic supplement daily as it is brilliant for digestion, your immune system and breast milk.
