Ingredients: Serves 12 1 cup peanut butter1/2 cup coconut sugar1/2 cup mashed banana1/4 cup melted coconut oil2 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup gluten-free flour2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup Mindful Foods Cacao Brain Powder granola* + 2 tbsp extra for topping1/4 cup chocolate chips + 2 tbsp extra for topping Method Heat oven to 160C (fan-forced) and line an 8" square pan with baking paper. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, mashed bananas, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, and salt then mix together until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup granola and 1/4 cup chocolate chips and spread evenly in the pan. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp extra granola and 2 tbsp chocolate chips.
