Sweet tooth in overdrive? We have you covered with this indulgent vegan, gluten free and dairy free Choc Mousse! Kokoluxe and the Citrus Bites turn this sweet treat into a into a superfood wonderland!
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 4 tbsp Kokoluxe
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Stevia to sweeten (optional)
- Bioglan Citrus + Chia Bites, roughly chopped
Method:
- Add the avocado, Kokoluxe and almond milk to a food processor or blender and blend until all ingredients are combined and smooth.
- Next add the vanilla extract and sea salt and blend for another few seconds.
- Taste the mixture - if it isn’t sweet enough, add a small amount of stevia to taste.
- Put the mixture into the fridge for a couple of hours to cool.
- Spoon the mixture into two separate bowls and top with the citrus + chia bites. Enjoy!
