These Veggie Fritters are super easy to make, featuring the Mingle Spag Bol Seasoning which you'll find in the August Box for added flavour!\n*****\nmingle-natural-seasoning-blends-smokey-50g\nextraordinary-foods-pimp-my-salad-hemp-parmesan-120g\nbotanika-blends-organic-hemp-seeds-300g\nturban-chopsticks-curry-paste-butter-chicken-240g\n#####\nRecipe: Easy Veggie Fritters\n\nIngredients\n2 small carrots, grated\n2 small zucchinis, grated\n1 spring onion, finely chopped\n1\/2 cup almond milk\n3\/4 cup GF flour (I used buckwheat flour)\n2 tbsp flax meal\n1 packet Spag Bol Mingle seasoning\n2 tbsp olive oil\nMethod\n1. Whisk the flax meal with 5 tbsp warm water to form a flax egg. Set aside. \n2. Combine the carrots, zucchini, spring onion, almond milk, GF flour and Mingle seasoning in a bowl. Add the flax egg and stir to form a batter. \n3. Heat 1\/4 of the oil in a large frying pan. Use a tablespoon to measure out evenly sized fritters and fry the fritters for 3-4 minuets on each side. This should take roughly four batches; add more oil to the pan between batches. \n4.
