Zesty Kombucha Salad Dressing

This Zesty Salad Dressing recipe is perfect for a light but flavourful topping. Unlike store-bought salad dressings that use sub-par oils, this one uses extra virgin olive oil and Lemonade Rose kombucha. It's easy to make and is sure to be your go-to in the Summer time. 


  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • ⅓  cup Nexba Lemonade Rose Kombucha

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder


  • 2 large handfuls mixed spinach and rocket leaves

  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 oranges, peeled and sliced

  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and sliced

  • 1 medium avocado, sliced

  • 30g feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds, to sprinkle

  • Kombucha dressing, too serve


  1. To make the dressing combine all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Set aside

  2. Arrange the spinach, rocket, orange, grapefruit avocado and feta on a large plate.

  3. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
