Shipping Policy - Online Shop

We hate shipping costs as much as you so we do our best to minimise them when we can!

All orders are assigned a tracking number which is emailed to you once your order is dispatched (also available in your GoodnessMe account page so you can track your order at any time). 

Australia Wide Shipping
We offer FREE Shipping Australia wide to Shop orders over $75
When spending under $75, we charge a flat rate of $10.

Packaging & Dispatching
We always work towards dispatching orders within 2 business days however, it may take as long as 4 business days.
There are downsides to offering the very best pricing on thousands of products, especially popular items or during sales periods. In these instances, it may take a few extra days to restock. Stock is arriving at our warehouse every day from across Australia, sometimes arriving the same day! However, in some cases it may take longer to dispatch orders, in such circumstances, we ask for your patience
From the time of dispatch, we expect delivery timeframes as follows:
Sydney: 1 day NSW Regional: 1-2 days
Melbourne: 1-2 days VIC Regional: 2-4 days
Brisbane: 1-2 Days QLD Regional: 2-4 days
Adelaide: 2-3 days : SA Regional: 2-4 days
Perth: 3 - 5 days: WA Regional 3 - 6 days
Canberra: 1-2 days ACT Regional: 1-3 days
Darwin: 3-5 days: NT Regional 3-6 days
Hobart: 3-5 days | TAS Regional: 3 - 6 days


Please note we cannot always guarantee delivery times as we work within the constraints of our 3rd party couriers. We do our very best to keep you informed and provide you with tracking so you can monitor delivery progress. 


Multiple Packages
On some occasions we’ll split your order into multiple parcels to ensure some items can be delivered to you faster. Should your order arrive and something is missing, rest assured it is probably on its way separately. Should you wish to clarify that with our Customer Service team you can simply send them an email with your order number and the item(s) details that are missing. International Shipping
Due to Covid-19 and the delays in shipping overseas, we have pulled back from shipping internationally as we are unable to deliver the great customer experience you are used to! Should you be based overseas and would like to place a large bulk order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team and we might be able to assist! Shipping Carriers
We rely on and trust the good people at Australia Post and Fastway to safely and promptly deliver your goods.


Australia Post
Please note the following:

  • Unless 'authority to leave' is given at the time of order, a signature is required on delivery.
  • If the parcel requires a signature on delivery, and there is no one to sign for the parcel at your delivery address, your parcel will be transferred to your local post office. A card will be left by the courier and you will receive a notification via email from AusPost when your order is ready to be picked up. 
  • If you do not pick up your parcel from your local post office within 10 working days of receiving an email, it will be returned to our warehouse. GoodnessMe reserve the right to charge an additional AU $10 to redeliver your parcel. We do not offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee to have your parcel redelivered. 
  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct postal address. If you provide an incorrect postal address, or if you misspell or omit details of your address, Australia Post will return your order to our warehouse. GoodnessMe reserves the right to charge an additional AU $10 to redeliver your parcel to a correct address. We do not offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee and have your parcel redelivered.  
3rd Party Courier
  • Unless 'authority to leave' is given at the time of order, a signature is required on delivery.
  • If the parcel requires a signature on delivery, and there is no one to sign for the parcel at your delivery address, your parcel will be transferred to your local Courier. A card will be left by the courier and you will receive a notification via email from Courier when your order is ready to be picked up or can arrange a new redelivery date (1 attempt only). 
  • If you do not pick up your parcel from your Courier Depot or arrange re-delivery within 3 working days of receiving an email, it will be returned to our warehouse. GoodnessMe reserve the right to charge an additional AU $10 to redeliver your parcel. We do not offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee to have your parcel redelivered. 
  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct postal address. If you provide an incorrect postal address, or if you misspell or omit details of your address, Courier will return your order to our warehouse. GoodnessMe reserves the right to charge an additional AU $10 to redeliver your parcel to a correct address. We do not offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee and have your parcel redelivered.  

Authority to Leave Terms & Conditions
By opting for "Authority to Leave" GoodnessMe will instruct the associated courier service to leave your parcel at your unattended premises as per your instructions.


You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises and GoodnessMe (and Australia Post/Courier) do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which may result after. You agree to release GoodnessMe against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including consequential losses, suffered or incurred by you or any other person as a result of this Authority to Leave.
