Alyce is a degree-qualified Naturopath (BHs Naturopathy) and founder of AHARA HEALTH, encouraged others to use food as medicine, support health and boost wellbeing and vitality.
Alyce believes that good health starts with good food and it is the most important building block for overall wellness. Alyce has a special interest in preconception care, pregnancy and women's health in general. Alyce's passion for preconception care extends through to pregnancy, the fourth trimester and into motherhood, as this is a time where the body needs extra support to achieve wellness. Alyce has a strong belief that no two people are the same, and therefore no two health approaches should be the same. Individualised care is always a priority within the AHARA HEALTH clinic. Within the AHARA HEALTH clinic, we use a variety of testing for our clients, however nutrition, whole foods and lifestyle are always our main focus to support long term health goals.
