Yes In your professional opinion, how often would you classify this product as healthy enough to eat Every day Rated 5 out of 5 Wheat alternative An alternative to wheat flour, rye is a nutritious grain and the flour can be used in any way that a normal flour would be. As a grain, it contains a good amount of fibre that is beneficial for our gut and digestive health. It's packed full of B vitamins, which are essential for energy production and can support our energy levels. Rye is also rich in minerals like selenium and manganese.While it is a gluten containing grain, it is said to contain less gluten than typical wheat flour. It is still not suitable for those with a gluten intolerance or sensitivity, however for those that can have gluten it's a great thing to incorporate. Loading...
