Saurerkraut is a fermented cabbage that is rich in beneficial bacterias that assist in digestive processes and contribute to the overall health of your gut. It contains dietary fibre, vitamins C and K, potassium, calcium and phosphorus.If you are new to Sauerkraut, start by incorporating small amounts into your diet such as 1 tablespoon.
