Fine Fettle Cauli Rice 50g

Cauliflower doesn’t just come in white, but also in purple, green, orange and even yellow - each with its own flavour and nutrient content. Packed with Vitamin C, Fine Fettle used riced white cauliflower to make a nourishing lower carb rice (compared with cooked white rice).

Preparation instructions: Pour pack contents (desired serve) into a large heatproof bowl. Cover generously with boiling water. Stir with a fork. Stand for 8 minutes, then drain well, and stir again before serving.
