Jessica Mahoney is a university qualified Nutritionist with a passion for helping individuals reach their own perspective on health and what that encompasses.
She founded her business “Health Within Reach” around the belief that everyone should be able to find and establish nutrition practices they enjoy and are realistic to their lifestyle. Jess focuses on individuals just starting out a nutrition journey or wanting to improve their lifestyle around food, whether they are trying to improve their overall health, routine & quality of life or focus on weight loss in the process. She offers both nutrition consultations and follow up coaching allowing for both accountability and habit building for each client to sustain their practices long term. Jess is also a Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor passionate about movement and how this goes hand in hand with both nutrition & mental health and the benefits from this balance.
